Final Preparations for AM2

It’s just about a week to AM2 & I have been hard at work getting my shit together for the event. Last minute information about the press junket & the surprising date of the Scandal meet & greet made for some major changes in accomodations & flights.

I was hoping to go to Anaheim spending as little money as possible but it looks that isn’t going to happen. That’s okay The chance to see Scandal is all worth it. I also have never been to Anaheim so there’s the also the added bonus of doing some touristy stuff with my relatives who live out in that area.

Anyway, I mentioned the press junket. This year I get to be there in person instead of via e-mail like I was for Mano Erina. I only plan to sign up for 2 guests this year, Gashicon & Scandal. Honestly those are the only 2 I actually care about, but if anyone wants me to sign up for anyone else I’m willing to do it. With that said I must come up with some questions to ask them.

I am of course wary of whether I’ll get the chance to interview my chosen guests after the screwjob at Anime Expo 2009 with Morning Musume, my missing the deadline for Utada & lack of press conference at this year’s Sakura-con for Berryz Koubou.

Still I hold out hope that I won’t end up drinking in some swanky hotel bar all sad & depressed having missed another opportunity. I would rather be drinking in celebration instead.

So I’m going to ask you out there for a favor. Even with the knowledge that nothing at these things is a guranteed lock I would like all you to lend a helping and and submit questions for the two guests I am going to sign up for by leaving a comment. If any of you actually do send me something I’ll be sure to ask every single thing I receive.
