Those who were at Anime Expo 2009 remember the first Hello! Party that brought together many North American fans of Hello! Project. It was also streamed live over UStream for those who were unable to attend in person. Many have asked when is the next one going to happen? Well that has been answered.
My friends at Hello! Ranking have posted on Facebook that the next Hello! Party is going down on April 23, 2011 in Seattle during Sakura-con. That’s right people, right in the middle of all the Berryz Koubou festivities. The venue is the Red Lion Hotel on Fifth Avenue and the event will go from 20:00 – 23:00. (that’s 8-11 for those who can’t read military time)
The official web site is now up and will have more information soon. So if you missed out on the first Hello! Party get yourself to the web site and register.
UPDATE:
According to the Hello! Party 2 Facebook page the event has been moved to Friday night to not clash with the projected Berryz Koubou concert on Saturday. Yes it will kind of crossover with the guest reception but since Berryz are said to only make a brief appearance it’s not really a big deal. Just in case, they have extended the party to midnight with the last hour being a dance party.
So for those of you heading to Seattle, you can make a change in schedule if you are attending. Check out the web or Facebook page or just drop by here for any further updates.
