The following are the qualities a potential candidate must possess:

• Interest in Japanese and Korean music (Mandatory)
• Knowledge of  R&B, Hip-Hop and House Music (Nice to have)
• Excellent command of written English (Mandatory)
• Proficient in spoken and written Japanese and Korean (Nice to have)
• Well researched or an expert in a specific genre, group, artist or label (Nice to have)
• Able to adhere to editorial policies (Mandatory)
• Willing to travel and report from the field (Nice to have)
