Review

Futari Saison is the third single release from Keyakizaka46, and it is similar in sound and feel to their second single, Sekai ni wa Ai Shika nai.

For those who have not jumped aboard the Keyakizaka46 train, Futari Saison can be considered the perfect gateway into the group. The song itself is closer to adult contemporary/lite radio pop rather than traditional idol pop, which certainly helps if you do not normally pay attention to idols.

B-sides on idol singles are usually hit or miss. Well, mostly miss, but the ones contained in this package are worth listening to. If you are in a time crunch or want quick hits, give the Otona wa Shinjite Kurenai, Bokutachi no Sensou or Dare Yori mo Takaku Tobe! a chance.

Futari Saison could be considered Keyakizaka46’s strongest release to date. There is consistency across all versions of the single that has been missing so far in their short career. Hopefully, there is more of that to come in their future releases.
