Over the weekend the results of the 2009 International Wota Awards were tabulated and Selective Hearing came in 2nd overall in the Best Misc. Blog category. To be honest I kind of forgot about the entire thing but was reminded by a reader via Last.fm about the ranking.

So to the IW staff I say thank you for the nomination & a very big thank you to those of you who were kind enough to vote for SH. With this being my first nomination in the IW Awards I wasn’t expecting much of a placement & I am pleasantly surprised by the outcome of the voting.
