Additional Fan Elements Revealed Including Fan Cam, Fan Featuring, Fan Requests and More to Amplify Fan and Artist Interaction – October 16-25
KCON announced the final two artists to join KCON:TACT season 2, a first of its kind event delivering its unique experience virtually to living rooms across the planet, will be IZ*ONE and WEi.
The full lineup includes AB6IX, A.C.E, ATEEZ, CLC, DAY6 (EVEN OF DAY), DREAMCATCHER, EVERGLOW, GHOST9, HA SUNG WOON, IZ*ONE, JO1, KARD, KIM JAE HWAN, KIM WOO SEOK, LEE EUN SANG, LOONA, MAMAMOO, NATTY, ONEUS, ONF, PARK JIHOON, SUNMI, THE BOYZ, TOO, VERIVERY, WEI, and WOODZ (CHO SEUNG YOUN).
Other fan interactions are also confirmed:
- Fan Cam enables fans to switch views the way they want to get a closer look at their favourite artist members to enjoy the show better.
- Fan Featuring is back from the summer and invites fans to be featured on broadcast as a part of the performance of their artist of choice by submitting videos and photos of them dancing, singing and cheering.
- Fans can also decide the setlist of the lineup artists through
- Fan Requests.
Co-hosted by CJ ENM and The Korean Creative Content Agency (KOCCA), the global celebration of Korean culture and pop music is set to take place October 16-25 from Mnet’s world-class television production studio in Seoul, South Korea.
KCON is again teaming up with YouTube to broadcast KCON:TACT season 2. The entire program is streamed exclusively on Mnet K-Pop (www.youtube.com/mnet) and KCON official YouTube channel (www.youtube.com/kcon) globally with English subtitles. All interactive elements, including direct artist communication, will be available only through the YouTube platform for members.
Membership is now open. Fans can join either KCON Official YouTube channel or Mnet K-Pop channel. Membership price includes two tiers: Basic will be $19.99, and Plus will be $24.99. The Plus tier offers Fan Cam, which gives fans multiple stream feeds they can choose to watch and is only available on KCON Official channel.
