Just Do It is the debut single from tripleS’ fifth sub-unit NXT, which revealed members S18 – S20. The track is a mid-tempo piece of funky dance-pop that fits well within the tripleS m.o. for their a-side/single tracks.
For my remix, I took the track into Hip-Pop territory, utilizing a deep, funky bass line to do much of the melodic heavy lifting. Compared to the original version, it’s not as dense, with little musical flourishes, and relies much more on groove to drive the track.
