BINI continues to make a mark in the U.S. scene. They will be the first Filipino group to perform at Coachella Music Festival 2026. The festival, at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California, features a star-studded lineup. Global artists include Sabrina Carpenter, Justin Bieber, and Karol G. The event will take place on April 10-12 and 17-19. This achievement follows their sold-out “BINIfied” concert at the Philippine Arena (the world’s biggest indoor arena with a capacity of 50,000 seats) on Nov. 29 (Saturday).
Recently, the group received three nominations at the Breaktudo Awards 2025 in Brazil: International Female Group, International Collaboration, and International Fandom of the Year. Earlier this year, the group finished their “BINIverse World Tour.” They thrilled thousands of fans across Dubai, London, and major cities in the U.S. and Canada. Alongside the tour, they introduced their high-energy single “Shagidi.” This song sparked a lively dance trend online and became a fan favorite.
The group has amassed over 1 billion streams, including more than 150 million audio-video streams from “Blink Twice” and “Cherry On Top.” The octet recently collaborated with BELINDA, the Spanish-Mexican singer with over 11 million monthly Spotify listeners. Their track, “Blink Twice (Dos Veces Remix),” is the first-ever collaboration between a Mexican artist and a Filipino group. This builds on BINI’s fast-growing international reputation. The Philippines is an emerging leader in the “Asian pop” movement, with BINI as its standard bearer. The group has just announced a new song, “First Luv,” set for release on October 2. This will usher in a new era.
Last year, they became the first Filipino pop group to perform at KCON in Los Angeles, the world’s largest Korean culture and music festival. Their global recognition grew with features in Billboard’s “Global No. 1’s” and Grammy.com’s “Pinoy Acts You Should Know.” They have collaborated with global artists and won accolades, including the MTV EMA’s Best Asia Act and one of Spotify’s Global Breakout Artists. The group continues to soar, proving their name as “The Nation’s Girl Group” in the Philippines.
