Accendio is one of the two promotional singles from IVE’s second EP, IVE SWITCH. The original version is a high-tempo, high-energy dance-pop track.
While I liked the original, I felt I could interpret it differently, giving the song another intensity. That meant building up to stomping four-on-the-floor drum patterns accented by an assorted group of more club-friendly instrumentation for the bass, chords, and melodic parts.
