When I Move is the lead track from KARA’s 15th anniversary EP MOVE AGAIN. The original version has the classic KARA dance-pop sound and is a nostalgia trip for those who followed them when they were active.
Not having the skill or resources to remix a KARA song 15 years ago, this was an opportunity to work on something from one of my favourite second-generation K-Pop groups.
My remix differs from the funky original and goes into a more club music-oriented direction. However, I tried not to go too far into clubland and keep the pop appeal of the track intact. There was no need to reinvent the wheel here.
