Money In The Bank has existed as a PPV or PLE since 2010. This edition will be the second part of a double feature, as WWE and AAA will have their Worlds Collide event during the afternoon. On its 16th edition of Money In The Bank, Team Selective Hearing shares its thoughts and predictions on what will happen next.

Women’s Intercontinental Championship Match
Lyra Valkyria (c) vs Becky Lynch
Allen: I liked their match at Backlash; it felt like a nice back-and-forth fight. I’m hoping for more of the same since they’ve been doing many yelling promos lately. I hope Lyra Valkyria retains the title with some help from a returning Bayley to cost Becky Lynch the title. That way, it’ll set up a grudge match for WWE Evolution next month.
BigFreaky: I’m not sure which way to go with this. Lyra’s loss seems like the ultimate burial. Does Becky need to win? No. As mentioned, a Bayley return? Fine by me.
Greg: So this is like the swing match between the two, right? If so, Becks don’t need more gold, and Lyra should win.
Justin: Lyra should win this, but Becky probably won’t lose clean heading into WWE Evolution. Like the others have mentioned, I’ll go with Lyra due to shenanigans.

Women’s 2025 Money in the Bank Ladder Match
Alexa Bliss vs Rhea Ripley vs Roxanne Perez vs Giulia vs Naomi vs Stephanie Vaquer
Allen: In the words of Booker T, “Awwww Yeah Man!” I still cannot believe we are about to see Giulia and Stephanie Vaquer in a MITB Ladder match. I wonder what they will bring to the fight. Stephanie is doing double duty since she has a match on Worlds Collide earlier in the day. That being said, I have been enjoying Naomi’s unhinged heel run lately. I would love to see her hold on to the briefcase, cover it in caution tape, and taunt Bianca Belair for the rest of the year.
BigFreaky: Bliss won MITB back 7 years ago, the first time. Are we due for another round? How about all these other fresh faces? Is Mami going to get a new accessory? Naomi’s insanity would be a sight to behold. However, I don’t know why you didn’t pick Mami for this one.
Greg: Although I would like to think that the new ladies on the main roster would be great, unexpected picks to win, I don’t think they will. Sure, they’ll get their spots in, but I expect one of the veterans in this match to take away the briefcase. I’m gonna go with Naomi on this one. She feels like the freshest for matchups with her revitalized character.
Justin: This is a tough one. One thing I’m keeping in mind is the BELIEF that Triple H doesn’t like the MITB concept that much (people think this because of the way he books them). I think the younger stars cancel each other out in this match. That leaves the veterans. While I would like Alexa Bliss to win, I will choose Naomi.

Men’s 2025 Money in the Bank Ladder Match
Solo Sikoa vs LA Knight vs Seth Rollins vs Penta vs Andrade vs El Grande Americano
Allen: Penta is going to go crazy in this type of match, isn’t he? Seth Rollins seems to be the leading pick as he can relive his MITB run from years ago, which was just updated for 2025. However, it’s time for LA Knight to get the briefcase. Stuff it full of Slim Jims and let him roll with it to mess with John Cena for a while. Throw in a demasking tease of El Grande Americano by the whole AAA roster. Hopefully, Chad Gable will save him.
BigFreaky: I hope everyone can walk away from this one on their own accord. I have to go with Seth Franklin Rollins.
Greg: I’m pretty sure someone will do something insanely stupid and almost die for a pop in this match. So, I expect El Grande Americano to die for our sins. While Seth seems to be the safe pick, I’m going with LA Knight. His run with the briefcase could be fun.
Justin: Unfortunately, I’ve lost faith they will pull the trigger for LA Knight. I remember being so excited, thinking he would win it a few years ago. It might be too early for Penta. Poor Andrade isn’t going to get this. Solo doesn’t make sense right now. I would love El Grande Americano to win it because he’s a legend, but it seems Seth’s story and faction will get their hands on this one.

Tag Team Match
Cody Rhodes & Jey Uso vs John Cena & Logan Paul
Allen: John Cena is ruining wrestling in more ways than one. They need him in different overbooked matches to hide that he has lost a few steps. I can’t see this being a straight match with him and Logan Paul taking all the heat. Will we hear FEIN FEIN FEIN again? As much as I like Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso, I want some madness to happen in this match, either good or bad. Going with John Cena and Logan Paul for the win.
BigFreaky: My real wish is that LP will somehow break his neck and forever be unable to wrestle again, or exist for as far as I’m concerned. But I don’t think I’ll be so lucky. If Cena does want to destroy wrestling, he is doing a bang-up job being paired up with that piece of human excrement. Cena being a pos is mildly annoying at best. Waste of oxygen, and Cena are going to win. Crap finish expected. Travis Scott might as well show up to put a nice shine on this TURD.
Greg: I seriously don’t care about this match. I expect the heels to win just because it helps storyline continuity. But yeah, whatever.
Justin: I was happy to hear the rumours regarding Travis Scott being John Cena’s partner, which weren’t true, but it was brought back down when Logan Paul was in that place instead. I hate to judge based on fantasy booking, but how is a CM Punk vs John Cena rematch at MITB not a thing on Cena’s final run? I’m going with Cena and Paul for this one, I guess.
